New Delhi: State-owned power company National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has bagged seven awards in different categories to be presented by Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) at the 40th All India Public Relations Conference being organised at Dehradun from December 8-10. NTPC's Corporate Communication will receive three awards — second prize for NTPC CSR Coffee Table Book as Special/Prestige Publication and Internal Communication APP SAMVAAD and the NTPC Website bagged the third prize.

NTPC Projects and Regional Head Quarter will receive four awards — first prize for Best CSR for child care to NTPC — Vindhyachal, second prize to NTPC Rihand Corporate Film (Hindi), third prize for best e-newsletter NTPC — NR and best public awareness campaign to NTPC-Rihand. PRSI is the National Association of PR and Communication Professionals to promote the potential of the profession as a strategic management function.

The forum awards and represents professionals from multinationals, public sector, the private sector, government, NGOs, academia and PR Consultants.
