PNB Housing Finance looking to raise Rs 10,000 cr via bonds

PNB Housing Finance is planning to raise up to Rs 10,000 crores by issuing bonds in tranches, the company said

New Delhi: PNB Housing Finance is planning to raise up to Rs 10,000 crores by issuing bonds in tranches, the company said on Wednesday. PNB Housing Finance's Board is scheduled to meet on October 24 to declare quarterly earnings for the second quarter of this financial year and will also consider a proposal to raise funds.

The board will consider the issuance of secured and unsecured non-convertible debentures aggregating up to Rs 10,000 crore in tranches, PNB Housing Finance said.

PNB Housing Finance's shares were trading 13.24 percent lower at Rs 379.20 on the BSE in the post-noon session.
