AAI (NER) bags 2nd prize in official language implementation

AAI (NER) headquarters has received the second award for outstanding performance in the implementation of official language 'Hindi' during the year 2019-20

New Delhi/Guwahati: Airports Authority of India's (AAI) North Eastern Regional (NER) headquarters has received the second award for outstanding performance in the implementation of official language 'Hindi' during the year 2019-20. The award has been presented during a program organised on the occasion of World Hindi Day at the Nagar Rajbhasha Implementation Committee (Undertaking), Noonmati Refinery, Guwahati. It also provided Replica and Citation along with a Vyjayanti Shield.

The award was given by Manchanda, Chairman of the Municipal Official Language Implementation Committee (Undertaking), Noonmati Refinery on the occasion of World Hindi Day. Badri Yadav, Research Officer, Regional Official Language Department, Ministry of Home Affairs also gave away the prizes to the winners in several categories.

AAI's (North East Region) Regional Executive Director M Suresh received the prize along with the team members of the Official Language of AAI. In the AAI Official Language Team, Joint General Manager (Law) SK Jinde and Rumi Kalita, Anupriya Dey of Official Language were also present.

Officials of Noonmati Refinery and Airports Authority of India, senior officials from other undertakings were also present on the occasion.
