Bullet Train Project: MG Contractors emerges lowest bidder for construction of 5 bridges

NHSRCL has opened financial bids for the construction of 5 special bridges for the Mumbai-Ahmadabad Bullet Train Project, in which MG Contractors has emerged as the lowest bidder

New Delhi: (Bullet Train Project) National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has opened financial bids for the construction of five special bridges between Vadodara and Ahmedabad for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) corridor on Tuesday. According to the company, a total of three bidders participated in the bidding process. Among them, MG Contractors Private Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder for the construction of the said bridges.

NHSRCL had invited financial bids for five special bridges, including one PSC Bridge and the erection of four Steel Truss Bridges between Vadodara and Ahmedabad for the construction of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail corridor (Commonly knows as Mumbai-Ahmadabad Bullet Train Project).

Earlier on July 16, NHSRCL had opened financial bids for the construction of 11 special bridges, including four PSC Bridges and erection of seven Steel Truss Bridges between Zaroli Village at Maharashtra-Gujarat Border and Vadodara, in the state of Gujarat and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli for the construction of same high-speed rail project and MG Contractors had emerged as the lowest bidder for that project as well.
