Chandigarh Airport presents an interim dividend of Rs 6.67 crore to AAI

Chandigarh International Airport Limited has presented an interim dividend amounting to Rs 6.67 crore

New Delhi: Chandigarh International Airport Limited has presented an interim dividend amounting to Rs. 6.67 crore (net of taxes) for the financial year 2021-22 to the Airports Authority of India (AAI) on February 2022.

AAI's Executive Director (Engineering) and Nominee Director of CHIAL MNN Rao &, AAI's RED (NR) and Nominee Director of CHIAL DK Kamra, RED (NR), AAI and CHIAL CEO Rakesh Dembla handed over the cheque to AAI's Chairman Sanjeev Kumar in the presence of AAI's Member (Planning) AK Pathak and Member (ANS) M Suresh.

CHIAL is a joint venture company that was formed by AAI (51 percent stake), the Government of Haryana (24.5 percent stake) and the government of Punjab (24.5 percent stake).
