Coal India Chairman Pramod Agrawal chairs review meeting of CMPDI

New Delhi: Coal India Limited's (CIL) Chairman Pramod Agrawal chaired a review meeting of Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI) Ltd at its headquarters in Ranchi, Jharkhand, on Saturday. During the meeting, CMPDI's CMD (Additional charge) and CIL's Director (Technical) Binay Dayal, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) and Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) CMD PM Prasad and other Directors of the Institute were connected via video conferencing.

Agrawal reviewed the performance of CMPDI, while Dayal briefed the performance and related issues. Agrawal advised CMPDI for faster technological up-gradation and dissemination of knowledge relating to various services rendered by it for sustaining the edge as a leading organisation. He assured help to CMPDI on all fronts, including in the areas of delayed realisation of bills.
