IGL appoints Manjeet Singh Gulati as CFO of the company

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) announced the appointment of Manjeet Singh Gulati as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company

New Delhi: Manjeet Singh Gulati has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), the PSU said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Tuesday. According to the company, Gulati has been appointed as CFO of IGL with effect from January 1, 2021, for the interim period till the time a new CFO is appointed or April 30, 2021, whichever is earlier. He is currently serving as General Manager (Finance) in the organisation.

"Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. December 29, 2020, appointed/re-designated Shri Manjeet Singh Gulati, GM (Finance) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company wef January 1, 2021, for the interim period till the time new CFO is appointed or April 30, 2021, whichever is earlier," IGL said.

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) is one of India's leading natural gas distribution companies. IGL supplies natural gas as cooking and vehicular fuel. The company was established in 1998 and operates primarily in Delhi. The company has taken over and operated the Delhi City Gas Distribution Project from Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) for laying a network of gas distribution pipelines in Delhi. The company started as a joint venture between GAIL, Bharat Petroleum and the government of NCT of Delhi.
