IREDA organises a focused training program for non-executive officials

A focused training program has been organised by IREDA for its Non-Executive officials in collaboration with AIHTM and ITDC

New Delhi: A focused training program was organised by IREDA for its Non-Executive officials in collaboration with Ashok Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management (AIHTM), India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (ITDC) from August 2 to August 6. The training program was organised at IREDA's Corporate Office, New Delhi.

Senior faculty members from AIHTM conducted training sessions on various aspects of soft skills & personality development including– personal grooming, work ethics, business meeting etiquettes, business communication, general administration, and stress management.

Inaugurating the training program, IREDA's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Pradip Kumar Das highlighted that IREDA gives great importance to the overall development of its employees including soft skills and personality development. He further said that the soft skills and personality development training shall be imparted to other employees also.

IREDA's Director (Technical) Chintan Shah underlined the importance of communication at every level and every activity. Hence, he endorsed the CMD's view for extending this program to everyone.

On the concluding day, presentations were delivered by all the participants on various topics such as – Grooming, Work-Life Balance, Work Ethics and Body Language. 360-degree feedback was also done to evaluate the participants and the faculty.

Top three participants were felicitated.
