MOIL’s Director (HR) Usha Singh gets National Women Achievers Award

New Delhi: MOIL Limited's Director (HR) Usha Singh has been facilitated with National Women Achievers Awards by 'Media Federation of India' in their annual award function '16th Media Excellence Award' organised on April 2 in New Delhi.

The award has been conferred to Usha Singh jointly by Prof. Sanjay Diwedi (Director General of IIMC, New Delhi) renowned Media personality Dr Sandeep Marwaha (Chancellor of AAFT University, Noida) of professionals from all over India and for her outstanding contributions in the field of employees friendly policies in the PSU Arena. MOIL's Chief Manager Rajesh Kaila received the award on behalf of her.

Usha Singh is an Engineering background turned successful PSU's professional, who has more than 30 years of professional experience have contributed a lot in inventing and promoting the employees friendly policies in the PSU Arena.

Singh was associated as Executive Director (Personnel & Administration) heading Personnel, HRD, CSR, Administration and other related functions at NMDC. She was also heading the Business Development and Corporate Planning functions at NMDC. Singh has also worked for 25 years in Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) which includes eight years as a Technical Advisor to the Chairman of SAIL.

Singh has been nominated among the Top 100 Global inspirational Women in Mining in 2020. She also has several awards to her credit, which includes, 'SCOPE Outstanding Woman Manager' and 'Best Employee Award' in SAIL. She has authored and presented several papers at national as well as international conferences.
