Mugunthan Boju Gowda nominated as Chief Investor Relation Officer of IRCON

New Delhi: Mugunthan Boju Gowda has been nominated as Chief Investor Relation Officer of IRCON with effect from April 1, 2022. He has been appointed in place of Surajit Dutta, who been superannuated from the post of Executive Director (Finance) of IRCON, hence, he ceased to be a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel and Chief Investor Relations Officer of the company with effect from March 31, 2022, i.e. the date of his superannuation. He is currently serving as Chief General Manager (Finance-Works) in the same organisation. This information has been shared by the Railways PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Friday.

Ircon International Limited (IRCON) is an engineering and construction organisation, specialized in transport infrastructure. The PSU was established in 1976, by the government under the Indian Companies Act 1956. IRCON was registered as the Indian Railway Construction International Ltd., a wholly (100%) owned entity of the Ministry of Railways. Its primary charter was the construction of railway projects in India and abroad.
