PFC pays second interim dividend of Rs 369.57 crore to Govt for FY22

New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation (PFC), has paid Rs 369.57 crore to the government and Rs 290.45 crore to other shareholders, totalling to Rs 660.02 crore as second interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22 on Friday.

The second interim dividend at 25 percent i.e. Rs 2.50 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each was declared by the Board of Directors of PFC in its meeting held on November 11, and is in addition to the first interim dividend amounting to Rs 332.61 crore paid to the government and Rs 261.4 crore to other shareholders totalling to Rs 594.01 crore on September 10 at 22.5 percent i.e. Rs 2.25 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year 2021-22.

With this, PFC has so far paid interim dividend amounting to Rs 1,254.03 crores to its shareholders at 47.5 percent i.e. Rs 4.75 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year 2021-22.
