PFC receives ‘Swacch Bharat Award 2019’

New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Power, has been awarded the 'Swachh Bharat Award 2019' for its significant corporate social responsibility (CSR) contribution to Swachh Bharat Kosh. The award was presented by Minister of Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Shekhawat to PFC's Director (Commercial) PK Singh at a function held at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi recently.

'Swachh Bharat Kosh' was set up in September 2014 by the government to facilitate and channelise philanthropic contributions and CSR funds to achieve the objective of Swachh Bharat.
