New Delhi: State-run Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) reported a 30.23 percent increase in net profit to Rs 694.94 crore for FY2025-26, supported by its highest-ever turnover, Managing Director Santosh Sinha said on Friday.
Net profit stood at Rs 533.67 crore in the previous financial year.

Addressing CWC’s 64th annual general meeting, Sinha said turnover rose 31 percent to Rs 3,636.24 crore from Rs 2,776.88 crore in FY25, marking the corporation’s best-ever financial performance.
CWC, which operates under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, declared a total dividend of Rs 208.48 crore for FY26, according to an official statement.

Sinha attributed the results to strategies and initiatives that strengthened the corporation’s operational capabilities.
The CWC chairman also commended the performance and highlighted initiatives undertaken during the year that contributed to the results.
Established under the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962, CWC provides integrated warehousing and logistics services.
Its network comprises 986 warehouses with a total storage capacity of 936 lakh square feet. It also operates 19 container freight stations and inland container depots, 18 bonded warehouses and 25 rail-side warehouses.
