NBCC bags Rs 179.37 crore PMC contract for IIM Sambalpur campus expansion

NBCC has secured a work order worth approximately Rs 179.37 crore from IIM Sambalpur for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has secured a work order worth approximately Rs 179.37 crore from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for Phase-II infrastructure development of its permanent campus.

The order has been awarded in the normal course of business and pertains to the expansion and development of infrastructure at the IIM Sambalpur campus. The contract involves end-to-end PMC services, underscoring NBCC’s continued role in executing large-scale institutional and educational infrastructure projects across the country.

According to the disclosure made to stock exchanges, the client for the project is IIM Sambalpur, a domestic entity, and the contract does not involve any related party transactions. The company also clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding institution.

NBCC stated that details of the work order have been made available on its official website as part of regulatory compliance. The latest contract adds to NBCC’s robust order book and reflects sustained demand for its project management expertise in the higher education infrastructure segment .

The announcement was signed by Deepti Gambhir, Company Secretary, NBCC (India) Limited, and has been duly communicated to both the National Stock Exchange and BSE.
