New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited on Wednesday said that it has secured three new work orders worth approximately Rs 83.24 crores. The newly secured projects fall under management consultancy portfolio across residential, infrastructure and public-sector development projects.

In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Wednesday, NBCC informed that it has been awarded projects by Canara Bank, the Resident Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, and the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development (F&ARD) Department of Odisha. The cumulative value of the contracts stands at approximately Rs 83.24 crore, excluding GST.
Among the major projects, NBCC has received a project management consultancy (PMC) contract worth about Rs 39.99 crore from Canara Bank for the construction of a residential building at Plot No. 624/1617, Shimpoli Road, Borivali West, Mumbai.
The company has also been awarded a PMC contract valued at around Rs 5.51 crore by the Resident Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, for the upgradation of Bungalow No. 1, Janpath, which serves as the residence of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
In addition, NBCC has secured a significant PMC assignment worth approximately Rs 37.74 crore from the F&ARD Department, Odisha, for the construction and expansion of veterinary infrastructure across several districts in the state.
The scope of work includes regional veterinary hospitals, polyclinics, PCR rooms, diagnostic laboratories, veterinary dispensaries, livestock aid centres, livestock resource centres and administrative offices.

According to the company's filing, all three contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and fall within the normal course of business. The projects will be executed under the Project Management Consultancy model.
