NBCC sells 7.08 lakh Sq. Ft. commercial space in Sarojini Nagar for Rs 2,857 crore

NBCC has sold around 7.08 lakh square feet of commercial built-up area through the e-auction process

New Delhi: State-owned construction and project management company NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded the e-auction of commercial built-up space at Bharat Business Park in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, generating a total sale value of approximately Rs 2,857 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, NBCC said it sold around 7.08 lakh square feet of commercial built-up area through the e-auction process.

The company will earn a marketing fee of 1 percent on the total sale value of the commercial space, translating into an additional revenue stream from the transaction.
