

New Delhi: State-owned construction and project management consultancy company NBCC (India) Limited has secured two new work orders with a combined value of approximately Rs 20.92 crore (excluding GST) in the ordinary course of business, further strengthening its presence in the healthcare infrastructure segment.

According to a regulatory filing, the first order, valued at around Rs 8.48 crore, has been awarded by the Chennai Port Authority for improvement works at the Medical and Surgical Blocks of the Chennai Port Authority Hospital in Chennai. NBCC will undertake the assignment in the capacity of a Project Management Consultant.

The second order, worth approximately Rs 12.44 crore, has been awarded by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) for the construction of a 150-bedded Vishram Sadan at the Government General Hospital in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The project will also be executed under the Project Management Consultancy model.
