NBCC sells residential flats worth Rs 1,069 crore in Greater Noida

NBCC on Wednesday said that is has sold 609 residential flats in two major housing projects in Greater Noida (West) worth Rs 1,069.43 crore (aprox.)

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded the e-auction of 609 residential units across two major housing projects in Greater Noida (West), securing a total sale value of approximately Rs 1,069.43 crore.

In a regulatory filing, the company informed that the auction covered units in Aspire Leisure Valley Package-2 (Tower 1 and 2) and Aspire Centurian Park (Tower 10 and Iconic Tower — 36th floor and above), under Sub-Package-1.

NBCC will earn a marketing fee of 1 percent of the total sale value for conducting the e-auction. The company clarified that the transaction falls under the normal course of its business operations.
