New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Goldfields Commercial PTY Ltd., a leading real estate developer in Australia. The MoU was signed virtually.
The collaboration aims to facilitate the identification, development, and execution of real estate, housing, infrastructure, and redevelopment projects in Australia. Both parties intend to work together on mutually beneficial areas such as joint development, project management, infrastructure expansion, and housing construction.
NBCC stated that project-specific MoUs or agreements will be signed separately under mutually agreed terms and conditions.
The company announced that this strategic tie-up reflects its ongoing efforts to expand its international footprint and explore new markets for infrastructure and housing development.
