NLC India Renewables, NCRTC incorporate JV for solar power projects

The proposed joint venture will focus on setting up grid-connected Solar PV power projects as part of the companies’ renewable energy initiatives

New Delhi: NLC India Limited on Thursday said that its wholly owned subsidiary, NLC India Renewables Limited, has incorporated a joint venture company with National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) for development of grid-connected Solar PV power projects.

The joint venture company has been incorporated under the name NIRL NCRTC Renewables Limited with an equity participation ratio of 74:26 between NLC India Renewables Limited and NCRTC, respectively.
