NTPC Barh signs mutual aid agreement with IOCL Barauni

NTPC Barh and Indian Oil Barauni have signed a mutual aid agreement to strengthen inter-organisational cooperation in the areas of industrial safety, emergency preparedness and resource sharing

New Delhi: NTPC Barh and Indian Oil Barauni have signed a mutual aid agreement to strengthen inter-organisational cooperation in the areas of industrial safety, emergency preparedness and resource sharing. The agreement was signed on June 24.

The agreement has been signed by NTPC Barh's Executive Directors C. Satya Rama Krishna and Satya Prakash in the presence of senior officials from both organisations.

The agreement aims to establish a framework for mutual support during emergencies, enabling quick mobilization of firefighting and rescue resources while strengthening coordination and communication between the two organisations.

It also provides for conducting joint mock drills, training programmes and safety exercises to enhance emergency response capabilities and promote best practices in industrial safety.
