The initiative aims to build leadership capabilities, enhance inclusivity, and prepare women employees to take on larger responsibilities within the organisation.

The session was inaugurated in the presence of Director (HR) Alok Kumar Pal, Executive Director (P&A) Talat Afreen, and General Manager (Personnel) Malay Ranjan Kar, who commended the program and encouraged participants to apply the learnings for professional and organisational growth.

First launched in 2024 as a wellness-focused initiative under OMC’s Women Wellness & DEI framework, LeaDHer has now been scaled up into a structured leadership development platform. The 2025 edition includes expert-led workshops, interactive discussions, and peer learning modules covering areas such as executive presence, influence without authority, strategic communication, resilience, emotional intelligence, and team empowerment.

By expanding LeaDHer into a leadership-focused program, OMC has reaffirmed its commitment to creating a progressive and future-ready workplace. The corporation said similar sessions will be conducted across its mining regions to ensure the program’s impact reaches all operational levels.
