RITES, iSky Transport sign MoU to explore sustainable urban mobility solutions

RITES has signed an MoU with Bengaluru-based iSky Transport Systems Pvt. Ltd. to jointly explore innovative urban mobility and logistics solutions in India

New Delhi: RITES Limited, a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise and a premier transport infrastructure consultancy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bengaluru-based iSky Transport Systems Pvt. Ltd. to jointly explore innovative urban mobility and logistics solutions in India.

The collaboration aims to leverage RITES’s extensive infrastructure consultancy and project execution expertise with iSky Transport’s innovative Suspended String Rail Technology (SSRT), known for its sustainable and futuristic approach to urban transit. The partnership intends to explore and implement transformative projects focused on smart cities, multimodal connectivity, container logistics, and advanced material handling systems.

Through this MoU, both organisations seek to combine their technological and operational strengths to deliver efficient, eco-friendly, and cost-effective transport solutions. The strategic tie-up underlines a shared vision to support India’s growing infrastructure needs with forward-looking and sustainable development models.
