New Delhi: Anil Kumar Jadli is set to be next Director (Human Resource) of NTPC Limited. He has been recommended for the by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Wednesday. Presently, he is serving as Chief General Manager (HR) in the same organisation.
Jadli has been recommended for the post of Director (HR) of NTPC Limited from a list of 12 candidates, who were interviewed by thee PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on March 27. Out of 12 candidates, six candidates were from NTPC Limited, two candidates from Indian Oil and one each from Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Telecommunications, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC).
As Director (Human Resources) of NTPC Limited, Jadli will be a member of the Board of Directors and will report to Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in-charge of human resource development and coordinating and implementing personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, administrative control etc. in the organisation.
