Engineers India appoints Mahesh Kumar Goyal as Independent Director on its Board

Engineers India Limited (EIL) has announced the appointment of Mahesh Kumar Goyal as a Non-official Independent Director on its Board

New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL), a leading engineering consultancy and EPC company under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, has announced the appointment of Mahesh Kumar Goyal as a Non-official Independent Director on its Board.

The appointment, approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), was conveyed through a letter dated May 9, 2025, from the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. The communication was officially received by the company on May 13, 2025.

According to the official update, Goyal will serve as an Independent Director on the Board of EIL for a period of three years from the date of this communication or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

EIL is a public sector enterprise with a diversified portfolio that includes engineering consultancy, project management, and EPC services, primarily in the petroleum, petrochemicals, and infrastructure sectors.
