The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB), the public sector head hunter body of the government, did not find any suitable candidate for the post of HPCL CMD during interviews held in June this year. Thereafter, a three-member search-cum-selection committee was constituted in August to find a suitable candidate for the top job at HPCL. Currently, Director (Finance) Rajneesh Narang holds additional charge of the post of HPCL CMD.
