ITDC appoints Malay Kumar Singha as Independent Director on its board

The Board of Directors of ITDC Limited have approved the appointment of Malay Kumar Singha as Independent Director on its board

New Delhi: India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has appointed Malay Kumar Singha as an Independent Director on its Board with effect from June 18, following the approval of the company's board of directors.

According to a regulatory filing, ITDC's Board approved Singha's appointment as an Additional Director (Independent Director) through a resolution passed by circulation on June 5, 2026. His appointment became effective on June 18.

The appointment follows an Office Memorandum issued by the Ministry of Tourism on May 25. As per the ministry's directive, Singha has been appointed to the ITDC Board for a period of three years from the date of notification of the order or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
