KS Shetty assumes charge as Director (HR) of HPCL

New Delhi: KS Shetty has taken over charge as Director (Human Resources) of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) on Monday. Prior assumption the charge as Director (HR) of HPCL, Shetty was serving as Executive Director (HRD) and holding additional charge of Employee Relations in the same organisation.

The Central Government has conveyed his appointment as Director (HR) of HPCL on April 28. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Shetty has been appointed to the post for a period of five years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Shetty is a Gold Medalist in HR Management from Andhra University and also a distinguished alumnus of Swedish Institute, Stockholm from where he completed his Diploma in Sustainable Development.
