NLC India promotes 5 Executives to leadership roles

NLC India Limited has announced key changes in its senior management, promoting five executives to the position of Executive Director

New Delhi: Navratna PSU NLC India Limited has announced key changes in its senior management, promoting five executives to the position of Executive Director, the company informed in a stock exchange filing.

The promotions, which are subject to vigilance clearance, are based on the company’s existing policy and took effect on December 6, 2025.

The following officials have been elevated:

Ramachandra R Parashar, who has over 35 years of IT management experience in systems integration, service delivery, data management and digital transformation across government and public sector enterprises. He previously served as Director (Technical) at UIDAI and as CIO at Bharat Earth Movers Ltd.

Durai Kumar S, a mechanical engineer with more than 33 years of experience in refinery, mining and thermal power projects in both public and private sectors. He has held senior roles at Larsen & Toubro and Tata Consultancy Engineers and currently serves as CEO of Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited.

Devendra Pratap Singh, an electrical engineer with 29 years of experience in business development and project execution in the thermal and renewable energy sectors. He also heads NLC India Renewables Limited as CEO.

Anandaramanujam K, a mechanical engineering graduate from NIT Suratkal with over 36 years of experience in power plant commissioning, operation, maintenance and coal logistics. He is currently CEO of NLC Tamil Nadu Power Limited.

Vanchinathan T, who has served the company for 36 years across multiple thermal power stations and contributed significantly to improving plant operational performance, including leading BTPS to achieve the highest PLF among central sector lignite-fired plants.

NLC India said the appointments reflect its continued focus on leadership strengthening, operational efficiency and capacity enhancement across its mining, power generation and renewable energy business units.
