Parminder Chopra gets additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Power Finance Corporation (PFC) Limited

New Delhi: Parminder Chopra, who is presently serving as Director (Finance) of Power Finance Corporation (PFC), has been given additional charge of CMD post with effect from June 1, 2023.

Chopra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Cost Accountant and MBA. She has been serving as Director (Finance) of PFC since on July 1, 2020. She has more than 32 years of experience in power sector, serving in key power sector organizations like NHPC and Power Grid. She joined PFC in 2005 and was working as an Executive Director (Finance) before assuming charge as Director (Finance) of PFC.

She has handled a gamut of finance portfolios such as resource mobilization from domestic as well as international markets, banking & treasury, asset liability management, stressed assets resolution etc.
