PK Vasisht appointed as CMD of Instrumentation Ltd

The Central Government has entrusted the additional charge of CMD of Instrumentation Ltd to PK Vasisht

New Delhi: PK Vasisht has been assigned with the additional responsibilities as Chairman & Managing of Director (CMD) of Instrumentation Ltd. Vasisht, who is presently serving as General Manager in the organisation, has been given additional charge of the CMD post for a period of six months or till further orders, whichever is earlier.

"The Ministry of Heavy Industries in its order dated 23.10.2024 has entrusted the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of Instrumentation Limited (IL) to PK Vasisht, General Manager for a period of 6 months or till further orders, whichever is earlier," the PSU said in a statement.

Vasisht joined Instrumentation Ltd as Management Trainee in 1988 and has 36 years experience in heading various functions of the company.

Instrumentation Ltd is a profitable and dividend paying CPSU under Ministry of Heavy Industries. It manufactures control valves for strategic sector and process control industries at it plant located at Palakkad, Kerala.
