PTC India extends term of Executive Director Rajiv Malhotra by 1 year

Rajiv Malhotra’s term has been extended on the same terms and conditions as his existing employment

New Delhi: PTC India Limited has extended the term of its Executive Director and Senior Management Personnel, Rajiv Malhotra, for a period of one year with effect from December 1, 2026.

The decision has been approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 30, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Malhotra’s term has been extended on the same terms and conditions as his existing employment.

According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, Rajiv Malhotra, aged about 59, is a Mechanical Engineer and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification and has more than 35 years of professional experience.

The extension will take effect from December 1, 2026.
