Rajeev Kumar re-appointed as Independent Director on NBCC board

NBCC has announced the re-appointment of Rajeev Kumar as Independent Director on its board on Saturday

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has announced the re-appointment Rajeev Kumar as Non-Official Independent Director on its board. The reappointment has been approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) through an office order dated May 9, 2025, and was officially communicated to NBCC on May 10, 2025.

As per the notification, Kumar’s tenure will be for a period of one year from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rajeev Kumar is a seasoned professional and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a graduate degree in Physics (Hons) and has completed a certified course in Concurrent Audit from ICAI. With a career in practice since 2004, he brings deep expertise in Taxation, Corporate Laws, and Auditing. He has no inter-se relationship with any other director on the NBCC Board and holds no shares in the company.

NBCC has also confirmed that Kumar is not debarred from holding the office of director by SEBI or any other authority.
