Sanjeev Rastogi set to be next Director (Production) of Braithwaite & Co. Limited

The PESB panel has recommended the name of Sanjeev Rastogi for the post of Director (Production) of Braithwaite & Co. Limited on Thursday

New Delhi: Sanjeev Rastogi is set to be next Director (Production) of Braithwaite & Co. Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG). He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Wednesday. Presently, he is serving as General Manager (Capex) in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).

Rastogi has been recommended for the post of Director (Production) of Braithwaite & Co. Limited from a list of six candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on July 12. Out of six candidates, three candidates were from BHEL and one each from Heavy Engineering Corporation (HEC) Limited, Steel Authority Of India Limited (SAIL) and Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd.

Director (Production) of Braithwaite & Co. Limited, Rastogi will be a member of the Board of Directors and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in-charge of various operating mining and other units of the corporation. He will also be responsible for achieving the targeted production of each unit.
