Mohit Kumar Aggarwal (ITS) appointed Deputy Secretary in Petroleum Ministry

New Delhi: Mohit Kumar Aggarwal, an Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer of the 2015 batch, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) under the Central Staffing Scheme.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Aggarwal, who was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), has been selected for the post for a period of four years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The DoPT has directed the Department of Telecommunications to relieve Aggarwal of his current responsibilities immediately so that he can take up his new assignment in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas in New Delhi.
