BEL, i-TEK RFID ink MoU to accelerate digital transformation through AIDC Technologies

New Delhi: Navratna defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Infotek Software and Systems Pvt Ltd (i-TEK RFID) to co-develop and deploy advanced digital transformation solutions leveraging Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) technologies, including RFID.

The collaboration aims to address key industry challenges by introducing scalable, technology-driven solutions built on RFID and Internet of Things (IoT)-based platforms. i-TEK RFID is recognised as a market leader in RFID and IoT-driven digital transformation solutions.

The MoU has been exchanged between BEL's General Manager (NWCS) Hemavathy Muthusamy, and i-TEK RFID's Managing Director & CEO of Ashim Ashok Patil.

The exchange took place in the presence of BEL's Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Manoj Jain; BEL's Director (Other Units) Kamesh Kasana; and General Manager (TP & SP) Ruchi Pant.

The partnership is expected to strengthen BEL’s digital solutions portfolio while enabling the deployment of next-generation AIDC technologies across sectors.
