BEL, NIRNAYA Systems sign MoU to pursue IT, cybersecurity and AI opportunities

New Delhi: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to jointly pursue business opportunities across IT and technology solutions.

Under the MoU, the two companies will collaborate in areas including IT infrastructure, data centres, cybersecurity, enterprise resource planning (ERP), healthcare IT solutions, AI/ML-based applications, allied software development and analytics platforms.

The MoU has been signed and exchanged by Anuradha Mahur, General Manager (Civilian Marketing), BEL, and Binay Pratap Shahi, Co-Founder, NIRNAYA Solutions.

BEL Chairman and Managing Director Manoj Kumar Jain and Director (Marketing) Anoop Kumar Rai, along with senior officials from BEL and NIRNAYA, were present on the occasion.

The partnership is aimed at leveraging the capabilities of both companies to identify and pursue opportunities in emerging digital and technology-driven business segments.
