New Delhi: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) successfully concluded its Annual Marketing Conference 2025 in New Delhi from June 4 to 6. Themed "Above & Beyond — Rising Higher, Achieving Greater," the conference served as a strategic platform to align marketing goals, recognise performance, and reaffirm the company’s commitment to sustainability and farmer empowerment.

The event brought together marketing teams from HURL’s headquarters and plants, and coincided with World Environment Day — further emphasising HURL’s deep-rooted values of sustainability and innovation.

Dr Siba Prasad Mohanty, Managing Director of HURL, delivered the inaugural keynote address, calling upon the teams to “build a future where every field flourishes and every farmer thrives.” The conference also witnessed the unveiling of a new corporate film highlighting HURL’s growing impact on Indian agriculture.

Chairman of HURL, Mukesh Agrawal, graced the event and commended the marketing team’s efforts in promoting sustainable practices. He encouraged the team to lead with agility, innovation, and a farmer-first mindset.

Strategic sessions led by Vice Presidents and Plant Heads offered insights into financial performance, HR initiatives, supply chain execution, product quality, and R&D — all aimed at strengthening HURL’s brand value and market reach.

During the conference, HURL's VP & HOD (Marketing) Manish Billore presented a comprehensive marketing strategy for FY 2025–26. The roadmap focused on:

  • Expanding bio and organic offerings (including Mycorrhiza, FOM, LFOM)

  • Deepening PM-PRANAM initiatives across states

  • Enhancing Point-of-Sale strategies and digital outreach

  • Strengthening farmer-centric communication and education initiatives

Participants symbolically wore Green Badges bearing the message "I Support Sustainable Agriculture," and collectively took the pledge “Every Action for the Nation,” committing to promote soil health and sustainable farming practices.

A major highlight was the launch of a magazine titled *"HURL - Uttar Pradesh: On the Path of PM-PRANAM,"* showcasing success stories and bio-organic innovations aligned with the government’s sustainable agriculture vision.

The conference also celebrated the spirit of teamwork and wellness, with a Zumba session energising the participants. A Marketing Awards Ceremony followed, recognising excellence in Traded Products, Urea PoS, and Promotional Activities, with awards presented by the MD himself.
