Congratulating the HR team, Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director of THDCIL, said the honour underscores the organisation’s commitment to cultivating talent and fostering a high-performance culture. “This recognition, awarded under SHRM’s PSE Benchmarking initiative, is a proud moment for THDCIL. It reflects our employee-centric HR policies and globally benchmarked learning systems aimed at building a future-ready workforce,” he said.

According to the company, the certification followed a rigorous evaluation process involving international benchmarks. It included detailed policy reviews, training feedback, audits of standard operating procedures and safety protocols, infrastructure inspections, and in-depth interactions with leadership, faculty, and staff.

Vishnoi added that the accolade reinforces THDCIL’s dedication to capability building and aligns with its vision of contributing meaningfully to the national goal of becoming a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.

This Centre is not just a training facility but a strategic enabler of transformation,” he said.

He further stated that the HRD Centre continues to evolve as a hub of innovation and empowerment, equipping employees with knowledge and skills suited to today’s dynamic business environment.

The certification was presented by Nishith Upadhyaya, Executive Director – Knowledge & Advisory Services, SHRM India, and Nishant Parashar, Senior Manager, SHRM India. Dr AN Tripathy, CGM (HR-Admin, HRD & CC), along with other senior officials of THDCIL, were present during the ceremony.
