New Delhi: The Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, on December 23, 2021, had declared a first interim dividend of 40 percent on the paid-up equity share capital, which is Rs 4 per equity share for FY 2021-22 (total dividend amount: Rs 1,776.15 crore) with a record date of December 31, 2021.

“The board of directors of the company in its 435th meeting held today i.e. 23.12.2021 has, inter-alia, approved payment of interim dividend for the FY 2021-22 @ 40% ( Rs 4/-per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the company," the GAIL had informed in the filing.
