New Delhi/Hyderabad: As per the directives of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), MIDHANI’s Training & Development Department conducted two weeks mid-career training programme from December 7 to December 19, which included two days of preventive vigilance module.
The overall structure of this training programme was purposely designed in a way to ensure that middle-level management executives participating in this programme build their core competencies, enhance their skills and area of expertise to utilize the same for organisational development. The participants were trained by various internal and external faculties and also subject matter experts on topics related to self-development, team development and organisational development.
On the occasion of the closing ceremony of the training programme, a valedictory function was organised on December 19 from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm by Training & Development Department at Auditorium, Center of Excellence-Special Materials. MIDHANI’s Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Dr Sanjay Kumar Jha and Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Dr Upender Vennam graced the occasion as the chief guest and guest of honour respectively.
MIDHANI’s Director (Finance) N Gowri Sankara Rao, General Manager (HR & Administration) Ramakrishna Rao and Additional General Manager [(Administration) & Training Programme Coordinator) S Narsinga Rao were among the dignitaries present during the valedictory function. During the function, participants expressed their views and feedback on the programme and also conveyed their gratitude towards the management for taking such a wonderful and didactic initiative. All the participants were presented with the certificate of participation.
