

New Delhi: Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. has announced its financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. The results were approved by the company’s Board of Directors in a meeting held in Kolkata on November 6.
For the quarter under review, the company reported a net total income of Rs 647.48 crore, as against Rs 648.66 crore recorded in the same period last year. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 65.50 crore, compared to Rs 68.58 crore in Q2FY25. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was Rs 48.48 crore, marginally lower than Rs 49.69 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
For the first half of FY 2025–26, Balmer Lawrie posted a total income of Rs 1,332.76 crore, compared to Rs 1,292.28 crore in the same period last year. The PBT for the six months ended September 30, 2025, stood at Rs 140.88 crore, up from Rs 126.41 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, while the PAT increased to Rs 104.41 crore from Rs 96.47 crore year-on-year.
