New Delhi: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a leading public sector shipbuilding and maintenance company, has announced that it has signed a contract with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) for undertaking dry dock and major lay-up repairs of one of ONGC’s Jack-up Rigs.

The contract, valued at around Rs 200 crore, is expected to be executed over a period of 12 months, CSL said in a regulatory filing.

The company also clarified that none of its promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in ONGC with regard to this project, and that the order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
