The formal go-live ceremony was led by GAIL's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Sandeep Kumar Gupta, in the presence of the company’s senior leadership, including GAIL Director (Finance) RK Jain, Director (Projects) Deepak Gupta, Director (HR) Ayush Gupta, Director (Marketing) Sanjay Kumar, Director (Business Development) Rajeev Kumar Singhal and Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Rajnesh Singh.

Also present on the occasion were SAP Indian Subcontinent's President & Managing Director Manish Prasad along with senior officials from GAIL and SAP, who witnessed this landmark achievement in enterprise transformation.

Speaking at the launch, Gupta said, “This is a strategic leap forward that will help us deliver even greater value to our customers, employees, and stakeholders.”
