According to a message shared by the company’s Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Sandeep Kumar Gupta on X, PNG connections have been enabled at major mid-day meal kitchens, including Akshaya Patra Foundation, which supports around 70,000 meals per day for students, and Tarun Child & Women Development Society, where over 30,000 meals are prepared daily.

The initiative also covers the Annapurna Kitchen at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, where nearly 15,000 devotees are served meals and prasad every day using PNG supply.

In addition, GAIL has extended PNG connectivity to several ashrams and welfare organisations such as Rishikul Ashram, Apna Ghar Ashram, and Kashi Kusht Seva Sangh, ensuring access to safer, reliable, and sustainable energy for essential community services.
