New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has awarded work contracts worth Rs 955.13 crore during the first quarter of FY2026-27 (April-June 2026) in the normal course of its business, the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

According to the filing, the contracts were awarded through the company's Corporate Project Group (CPG) Division and span infrastructure, institutional, residential and township development projects across multiple states. The company informed the stock exchanges that the awards were made during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the details have been placed on its website.

During April 2026, NBCC awarded contracts worth Rs 76.29 crore, including the construction of a new multi-storeyed administrative office building at the old DCI office premises (Dr B.R. Ambedkar Bhawan) for the Visakhapatnam Port Authority in Andhra Pradesh and the construction of the International Potato Centre (CIP) at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

In May 2026, the company awarded projects worth Rs 111.12 crore, comprising the redevelopment of government quarters at St. Inez, Goa, and the construction of the permanent campus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) at Noney, Manipur, on an EPC Mode-II basis.

The bulk of the contracts, amounting to Rs 767.72 crore, were awarded during June 2026.

Major projects include the Rs 334.74-crore integrated township under the Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station (RTPS) Phase-II (2x660 MW) of Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) in Purulia, West Bengal; the Rs 199.73-crore development of commercial plots in Sector 14, Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh; the Rs 98.47-crore construction of a Government of India building at Mayur Vihar, New Delhi; the Rs 87.29-crore redevelopment of the Circuit House at Altinho, Panaji, Goa; and the Rs 23.27-crore construction of Phase-I works of the Central University of Kashmir at Tulmulla Campus in Ganderbal on an EPC basis.
