

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has announced that it has secured a new work order worth Rs 45.09 crore (excluding GST) from Canara Bank for the construction of the bank’s Regional/Circle Office premises in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
According to a regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE, the project involves the construction of official premises at 229, Murma, Nagri Anchal, Ranchi, and falls under the company’s regular business operations. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) mode.
The company noted that additional details, including terms and specifications, have been provided in Annexure-I of the filing. NBCC also confirmed that the promoter or promoter group does not hold any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
