The collaboration marks a key milestone in OIL’s strategic push towards integrating renewable energy into its core operations. It is expected to enable OGEL to diversify and scale up its renewable energy portfolio while supporting the energy requirements of group entities.

The initiative aligns with OIL’s target of achieving net zero emissions by 2040 and contributes to the Government of India’s broader goal of attaining net zero by 2070.
