New Delhi: The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Tuesday organised a seminar on SEBI Compliance (LODR 2.0) at SCOPE complex in New Delhi. The seminar has been inaugurated by SCOPE’s Director General Atul Sobti along with ICAI’s Central Council Member CA Anuj Goyal.
The seminar, titled "SEBI (LODR) 2.0: Beyond Compliance, Elevating Governance, Driving Sustainable Path" witnessed a participation of over 60 participants from 30 PSEs and addressed by domain & industry experts. The seminar was aimed at equipping participants with insights into decoding SEBI Compliance on Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirements, amendments (LODR 2.0) and their practical implementation into corporate strategy and reporting.
This seminar marks another step in SCOPE and ICAI’s joint commitment to enhancing financial acumen and promoting sustainability practices within Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs).
