Nikhil Saxena set to be Deputy Secretary in Defence Ministry

New Delhi: Nikhil Saxena, IDSE (2004) has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Defence. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Saxena has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme, for a period of fours years with effect from the date of taking over the charge of the post or until the further orders, whichever is earlier. Nikhil Saxena is an Indian Defence Service of Engineers (IDSE) officer of 2004-batch. He was recommended for the Central deputation by the Ministry of Defence.
